Villa Deumer

Sauerfelder Straße 28

The building known today as Villa Deumer was built in 1903 by industrialist Georg Berker. In 1919, new owner Hermann Gerhardi had a structure built on the property that was unusual for the time: a car garage. Wilhelm Deumer moved into the house in 1924 following a series of renovations and expansions. Villa Deumer also shares a direct connection to the company complexes located nearby in Gartenstrasse. The villa, currently unoccupied, has protected monument status and was previously used as a residential and office property.

The work of Olga Kisseleva & Sylvain Reynal as well as Andrea Thembie Hannig will be on display at the “Villa Deumer” location.
